My name is Anthony Slater.
With over ten years of professional experience, I’ve accumulated priceless skills and tools pertaining to health and wellness and believe it is my purpose to help others discover and maintain their own personal APEX state.

My formal education at Stony Brook University and practical experience in the field of health and fitness have helped me develop an expertise in functional anatomy, functional nutrition, exercise physiology, fitness training,
and performance psychology. I’ve guided clients ranging from 8 to 90 years old improve their health, performance, and enthusiasm towards their health and fitness behaviors.

My mission is to help many achieve optimal health and vitality by emphasizing consummate posture, increased movement, optimal nutrition, and resiliency towards stress.
